Eva and Mia are sisters. Mia is cheerful and open. She has Down syndrome, doesn't care about fashion and loves people – especially boys. Eva is less cheerful; she works and travels a lot, and doesn't have a boyfriend. Mia can't wrap her head around that. Eva filmed herself and her sister for ten years in an effort to gain a better understanding of their relationship, their similarities and differences. The result is a portrait of the two sisters, filled with joy, shame, and the desire to overcome the bourgeois sensibilities that inhibit sisterly love.
